![]() ![]() The two features that I would be looking for in a new device are the ability to receive these channels, (my main Sony TV struggles with them), and the ability to access recordings from a central box on a different TV(s) over my home network. The older 5000T has it but seemingly not the new Aura, pressing the Red button takes you to the BBC News channel iPlayer site which for a short time also had a text service, accessible via its menu, which has now gone, the TEXT button does for the replies. The BBC said it was ending the Red Button Text service and some manufacturers have taken them at their word probably including Humax. My Sony 48A9 is the same and someone on here found the same thing on either a new Samsung or LG. Instead it gives you a limited menu which seems to take you to iPlayer. ![]() Pressing the red button doesn't take you to digital text either like it does on most TVs or boxes. However, try pressing the 'red button' - NOT the 'text' one, as it's a 'red button' service now anyway, and not really a 'text' one. ![]() Does anyone know if it does actually support Teletext?Īs they are closing teletext totally, does it really matter much?. One thing it states in the specifications that it supports digital text and indeed the remote has a button clearly labelled for Text, however pressing it on any BBC channel has no effect whatsoever. Just bought oner of these, haven't had time to fully test it out yet but looking good. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The same way it would across similar systems, making it an extremely convenient tool.ĭropbox also has the ability to synchronize across mobile devices, and the files are all available on Dropbox’s website as well. Oftentimes, we work on something from one computer only to try and access it from another device later. However, if you kept your wallet in the same purse all the time, you wouldn’t have this problem. You will either need to forget about your purchase or drive all the way back home and retrieve your wallet from your other purse.
